We’ve been hard at work making Teach Anything™ even more powerful for professors and students. Here’s what’s new this month:
Quiz Generator Now Available — Students can now ask Teach Anything to generate interactive quizzes on any topic in your course materials. Each answer comes with immediate feedback and explanations, and students can retake quizzes as many times as they like.
In the anonymized chat records section on the instructors’ dashboard, instructors can see the quiz questions, how students answered them, and AI’s explanations.
Instructions for Students Now Available — Our documentation now includes guidance written specifically for students: how to ask effective questions, how to contextualize AI’s answers, and how to use new features such as voice input and quizzes. Read the full documentation here.

As a new academic year is about to start, our system ran out of credit. Earlier this week, Teach Anything was unable to process new files you uploaded. Professor Alexa Joubin used her personal funds to keep the system running.

Getting the most out of Teach Anything™:
1.Write Effective System Prompts — Establish your AI’s role, tone, and boundaries. Use the Socratic Method to scaffold critical thinking, set guardrails against academic dishonesty, and have the AI challenge students’ logic rather than simply agreeing with them.
2.Upload Structured Materials — Syllabi, lectures, assignments, answer keys, and slides work best. The more organized your documents, the more accurate the AI’s responses.
3.Point Students to Their Guide — Share our new Instructions for Students so your class learns how to ask effective questions and contextualize AI’s answers, including voice input and quizzes.
4.Share Your Chatbot — Share your chatbot via the automatically-generated permalink. Entirely free. No login required for students.
